Ship Creek Situation & Petition
Hi everyone,
Most of you have probably heard that I have been summoned to appear in front of a Federal justice at the United States District Court on December 15h for Federal Criminal Trespass convictions that have been allegated against me. I'm meeting with a lawyer next week to prepare myself for a potential trial after the initial court date if need be. Lately, I've been receiving a lot of emails about how people can help or contribute to diffuse the situation and possibly legalize access to this incredibly unique creek that flows out of the Chugach Mountains into Anchorage.
