Obadiah & I paddled Canyon Creek (from the gravel pit to the take-out) last Sunday. We put in below the normal put-in because the road was still covered with 2 feet of snow. There was only 1 snow bridge, not too far above Saddle Slide. There is still a good amount of snow & ice banks along the shore, making scouting difficult at times, but everything was clean and wood free with at least one line through. We floated out to the 3rd canyon and took out. Water was flowing at 9.9 ft. on the gauge.
